Maintenance ended

Dear Customer,

This is a follow-up to our earlier notice regarding the scheduled Power Distribution Unit (PDU) maintenance at our Frankfurt data center, originally planned for Friday, 15 May 2026.

Please note that this maintenance has been rescheduled by one week. The time of day remains unchanged.

Revised Maintenance Window:
• New Date: Friday, 22 May 2026
• Time (IST): 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
• Time (UTC): 08:00 – 09:00
• Time (CEST): 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Expected Downtime: Up to 1 hour
• Location: Frankfurt Data Center

No Maintenance on 15 May:
The originally scheduled window on Friday, 15 May 2026 has been cancelled. No downtime will occur on that date, and all services will continue to operate normally.

Impact on 22 May:
All services hosted on Frankfurt infrastructure — including websites, email, databases, and control panel access — will be unreachable during the revised window. Services will automatically resume once power is restored and systems complete their startup sequence.

What you should do:
• Update any internal notifications, status pages, or team calendars to reflect the new date.
• If you had rescheduled cron jobs, backups, or other tasks around the original window, please move them to the new date.
• No action is required for services to come back online after the maintenance — recovery is automatic.
